金花家纺有限公司成立于2003年，公司座落于费县沂蒙路与站前路交汇处，占地面积11.98亩。厂内职工86人，其中女工78人，厂外社会加工人员300余人（多为闲散家庭妇女）。
公司属于劳动密集型外向型企业，主要生产高档床上用品，包括工艺被、婚纱被、抱枕、靠垫、床笠等。产品销往欧美中东等国家，深受外商青睐与好评。
公司遵循“以质量求生存，以创新促发展”的宗旨，广纳人才，加强团队建设。现有专业设计人员4人，国际贸易人员3人，并经常组织相关人员外出参观、学习、培训，取得了明显效果。
