The main raw materials of our company are waste wood offcuts and poplar twigs. 我公司响应临港区党委和管委会的号召，于2015年3月成立的技术创新部。引进了人才，让技术成为公司增长的动力。创新部有研发人员19人，其中博士学历1人，研究生学历1人，本科生15人，高级工程师2人。不断开发新产品，应用新技术。

我公司采用德国西门子PLC控制系统的全自动生产线，其设备自动化程度居于国内同行业领先水平。同样的产值，比多层板生产厂家节约用工80%。自动化程度高，产品一致性好。并且我公司一直致力于设备的升级和改造，于2015年投资780万元进行设备改造，不断挖掘设备的潜能，让我们的产品时刻能适应市场的需求和变化。并于2015年11月份开发出国内第一份能释放负离子的中密度纤维板，并申请专利保护。公司对2016年的市场充满信心。

Our company adopts a full automatic production line of German Siemens PLC control system, whose equipment automation degree ranks in leading level in domestic same industry, and which can save labor by 80% than other multilayer board manufacturers for the same output value, and has high automation degree and good product consistence. In addition, our company has been devoting ourselves to equipment upgrading and reform. In 2015, our company invested RMB 7,800,000 Yuan for equipment reform, and dug the potential of equipment uninterruptedly, so that our products can adapt to market demand and changes at any time. In Nov. 2015, our company developed out the 1^st medium density fiberboard that could release anion of China, and applied for patent protection in the meantime. 我公司虽然为木业企业，但是一直在为保护自然环境考虑。我公司的原材料主要采用废弃的木材边角料，从废料到健康家居产品，真正做到了资源的综合和循环利用。多利用一份废弃资源，就可以减少对绿色的伤害。

The main raw materials of our company adopt waste wood offcuts, and our company realize the comprehensive and recycling use of resources indeed from waste materials to healthy home furnishing products. 公司热能中心采用生物燃料，不会向大气中释放酸性气体和烟尘。并且在临港区环保局的指导下，安装了污水处理系统和除尘设备。在改造完成之后，我公司将真正变成污染物零排放的环保健康企业。

The thermal energy center of the company adopts biological fuel, and will not discharge acid gas and smoke dust to the air. In addition, under the guidance of Lin’gang District Environmental Protection Bureau, our company has installed sewage treatment system and dust removal equipment. 公司的产品一直在谋求提升环保等级，公司今年生产了美国P2标准到日本F★★★★标准，到国内的E1/E0级优质板材。全面淘汰了甲醛释放量高的产品。为中国的健康家居奉献绵薄之力。
