10-15M is a mobile automatic hydraulic concrete brick laying machine, so this machine doesn’t need pallets, you can save cost largely. You can equip this machine with cement silo, concrete mixer, batching machine according to your requirement
Function
10-15M can produce cement and concrete blocks and pavers of various shapes and sizes by changing moulds.
High production efficiency
10-15M is an automatic block machine and the shaping cycle is 10~15s, so the production efficiency is very high. The production capacity varies according to the size and types of brick.
Advanced moulding technology
Hydraulic pressure moulding technology is adopted by this machine, so the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.
High-quality mould
Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time.
